Pay Structure
Base Pay
Below 32 approved weekly billable hours, pay is $28.00 per approved and payable billable hour. Admin pay does not apply below this weekly threshold.
Any week a contractor reaches 32 approved and payable billable hours, every approved and payable billable hour for that week pays at $30.00 per hour. Not just the hours above 32. Every approved and payable billable hour for that week.

Admin Pay
Contractors who reach 32 approved and payable billable hours in a qualifying week receive 8 admin pay hours at $15.00 per hour for that same week.

Monthly Approved Billable Hours
- 100 to 119 Hours: $150
- 120 to 139 Hours: $300
- 140 or more Hours: $500
Paid in the first contractor payout of the following month.

$100 per month at 95%+ documentation compliance — measured automatically.
Bonuses
Contractor Referral Bonus
$250 to the referring QMHP and $250 to the referred QMHP after the referred QMHP completes 30 active days. No cap.

Compensation Examples
Monthly estimates use 52 weeks ÷ 12 months (approximately 4.33 weeks), retaining the full fraction before rounding. These are gross averages, not guaranteed monthly payouts. The 32-hour rate and admin-pay qualification are assessed each week; performance bonuses use actual approved monthly billable hours.
Example 1: First 30 Days
20 approved billable hours weekly at $28 per hour equals $560 per week. $560 × 52 weeks ÷ 12 months = approximately $2,427 per month gross average.
Example 2: Full Caseload
32 approved billable hours weekly at $30 per hour plus 8 admin pay hours weekly at $15 per hour equals $1,080 per week. $1,080 × 52 weeks ÷ 12 months = $4,680 per month gross average.
Example 3: Full Caseload Plus Bonuses
33 approved billable hours weekly × 52 ÷ 12 averages 143 approved billable hours monthly. Weekly pay is (33 × $30) + (8 × $15) = $1,110. Base and admin pay average $4,810 per month. Add a $500 performance bonus at 140+ monthly approved billable hours and a $100 documentation bonus at 95%+ compliance for $5,410 gross in a qualifying month. One eligible referral adds $250 for this QMHP, bringing that month to $5,660; the referred QMHP receives a separate $250. Referral pay is not recurring monthly income.
